Green Gas Energy, LLC ("GGE") specializes in processing landfill gas into pipeline quality natural gas and selling that gas throughout the United States at premium prices through renewable energy credits ("RECs"). GGE has a unique ability to build one of its processing plants on a landfill anywhere in the U.S. and to do so within thirty (30) weeks from the commencement of the project. GGE’s standardized plant is based upon a vastly improved, patent-pending design. GGE’s standardized processing plant produces 2.357 Million Standard Cubic Feet Per Day ("MM SCFD") of pipeline quality, high Btu (over 970 Btu), natural gas (assuming a landfill gas flow of 5MM SCFD). GGE will pay now for gas rights with a non-refundable payment to the Gas Owner along with a guarantee that GGE will be selling pipeline quality gas within 30 weeks of granting GGE the landfill gas rights, assuming a suitable landfill. WHAT ARE THE ADVANTAGES OF TEAMING WITH GGE? GGE will convert raw landfill gas into a moneymaking asset within 30 weeks, through GGE’s royalty payments to the Landfill Owner and GGE’s generating tax credits along with credits for Greenhouse Gas emissions for the Landfill Owner. Avoid the problems of using landfill gas to generate electricity on-site, which requires time-consuming permitting. GGE’s plant process will eliminate the need for additional permitting and can be up and running in 30 weeks. GGE will undertake regulatory compliance associated with air emissions by monitoring the landfill gas collection system and verifying its integrity at no charge to the Landfill Owner. GGE’s process will reduce landfill odors and significantly lower on-site flaring of landfill gas.
