GGE's Management Team

Green Gas Energy, LLC ("GGE") has a team of engineers, scientists, environmentalists, gas brokers and attorneys who are experienced in their fields and dedicated to making GGE the country's leading processor of landfill gas into pipeline quality natural gas.

Stanley M. Siegel, GGE's President, and Richard W. Gladstone, II, GGE's CEO, and George J. Barth, GGE's Chairman, lead the management team for GGE.

Mr. Gladstone has 30 years of experience with a large law firm (Eckert Seamans) where he served on the Executive Committee and as Chairman of the Litigation Department. Mr. Gladstone represented Westinghouse in its nuclear matters and Alcoa in its environmental matters along with many other Fortune 500 companies on complex commercial issues.

Mr. Siegel, a process control expert, was employed with Westinghouse Electric for 12 years and DuPont for 5 years before starting his own companies. Mr. Siegel has an extensive amount of experience designing industrial operating processes. Mr. Siegel's companies, A.R.C. Technologies Corporation and Industrial Operations, currently operate two landfill gas-processing plants in Pennsylvania.

Mr. Barth, GGE’s Chairman, is an engineering graduate of Carnegie Mellon University with over 50 years experience in the application, sales, design and operation of large custom industrial furnaces for the international metals industry. Thirty-seven of these years were spent with Davy International, a U.K. company, where he retired as the Manager of the Aluminum And Nonferrous Furnace Division in 1994. Since his retirement, Mr. Barth has been retained as a Furnace Technology Consultant by several large international furnace companies located in the Pittsburgh area.

A.R.C. Technologies, a GGE affiliate, has extensive experience in designing plant process controls and building complex processing plants. A.R.C. Technologies' process control and manufacturing experience allows GGE the ability to build and startup the pre-designed standardized gas processing plants within the 30-week project scheduled time. This module build approach allows GGE's gas owner's earlier royalty checks for their landfill gas.

Industrial Operations, another GGE affiliate, is responsible for operating and maintaining the gas processing facilities at two landfills in Pennsylvania.

GGE has teamed with Appalachian Producer Services Corporation, experienced gas marketers, which has a successful track record in obtaining optimum sales prices from purchasers throughout the country.

GGE has retained C. Baird Brown of the Ballard Spahr law firm in Philadelphia. Mr. Brown is head of Ballard Spahr's Energy and Project Finance Group and brings extensive experience with state programs for renewable energy credits, which provide a premium for pipeline quality gas produced from landfill gas.

GGE is proud to be an Industrial Partner with the EPA's Landfill Methane Outreach Program (LMOP).
